Delivery Terms & Conditions

Our standard delivery service operates on a Road Economy basis. 
Simply provide your delivery details when placing your order, and your representative will handle the rest.

Free Delivery Qualifications

  • We offer Free Road Economy Delivery on all orders over R1250 (excluding VAT) to the following main centres: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, George, Port Elizabeth, and East London.
  • For orders below this amount, or for deliveries to regional areas outside these hubs, a delivery fee will be calculated and added to your quote.

Timeline & Expectations

  • Once production is complete and signed-off, delivery typically takes 24 to 72 hours (2–3 working days) depending on your location.
  • Lead times are calculated from the date your order is ready for collection at our Johannesburg or Cape Town branches.
  • We select the best-suited courier service based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Exclusions & Surcharges

The following services are excluded from our free delivery policy and will be quoted separately by your sales representative:

  • If a special discount has been applied to a custom quote, standard delivery fees will apply regardless of the order value.
  • Multi-address distributions and large-scale roll-outs.
  • Priority requests such as Early Bird, 10:30 AM, or Next-Day delivery.
  • Any orders requiring expedited production and shipping.
